1. It has arrived. The folks at Gunnar and Team Active help me put this One Speed Gravel Grind Groover together. I am looking forward to dressing it up with bits from Paul, Chris King and Velocity.

2. Can Do Active LLC hosted a 4.8 mile run through the Winchell Neighborhood and around Asylum Lake. My two mile split was 16:05 and I was able to keep it together for a finish in 38:15. It was by far my best run race yet.

3. The above mentioned run race offered prizes to the best knee high socks. I thought they meant quality, moisutre wicking ability and technical awesomeness. They were looking for wierd and goofy. I did not win.

4. Stretchy Strethcy

5. More Swiftwick Love

6. They are back and better than ever. They rocked a sold out crowd at DTE and put on one of the best live shows I had ever seen.

My race and training schedule is complete and I have a few more multi sport events before starting my ice man campaign.

Check out Team Active's Cash for Clunkers Program

Next up is the Al Sabo Off Road Triathlon.

love dan

My good Friend Jim Bueche from Minneapolis started the International Canned Beer Month. My old room mate Angie Moon helped start the Can Do run...That's great! Glad to see it's making it's way to the masses. Down a PBR for me!
